Payment, Make-up Classes and Working Schedule
Tuition payment terms, recalculation and make-up of missed classes
Effective from July 21, 2026
1. Payment Procedure
- •Tuition is paid as a 100% prepayment for the current month by the 5th day of the month inclusive.
- •Tuition is paid through the personal account in the EWE system.
- •Registration in the system is performed by the administrator after acceptance of the public offer agreement. Login details are sent to the parent by the administrator.
- •Timely payment is a condition for keeping the child's place in the group.
2. Absence for Personal Reasons
- •If a child is absent for personal reasons — vacation, travel, family circumstances and other reasons not related to illness — tuition is not recalculated.
- •The child may make up missed classes in a parallel group, subject to prior agreement with the administration and availability of places.
- •Make-up classes are booked through the administrator.
3. Long-term Illness
- •If a child is absent due to illness for more than three consecutive weeks, tuition may be recalculated upon presentation of a medical certificate confirming the period of illness.
4. Working Schedule
- •The learning centre operates according to the official production calendar for a six-day working week.
- •A six-day working week means a schedule in which Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday are working days, and Sunday is a day off.
- •Official public holidays and non-working days, as well as rescheduled days off, are determined according to the approved production calendar for the relevant year.
- •Public holidays and non-working days provided for by the production calendar are not counted as missed classes and are not made up separately.
5. Individual Lessons
- •An individual lesson may be rescheduled only by prior agreement with the teacher, no later than one day before the lesson starts.
- •Individual lessons on holidays and days off are also arranged with the teacher in advance.
